Associate Professor Dr. Asral Bahari Jambek is a member of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), and was a Programme Chairperson for the Electronics Engineering Degree Programme, UniMAP. He has more than 20 years experience in integrated circuits and systems design in both the industry and academia. Currently, he is actively researching new techniques to minimize energy consumption in portable system-on-chip design with focus on low energy algorithms and architectures.
